Terms of Service

Welcome to Mythari!

Mythari is a fantasy and sci-fi art marketplace connecting artists and buyers for commission-based work. By using our platform, you agree to the following terms:

1. Use of the Platform

• Users must be 18+ or have legal guardian permission.

• You agree to provide accurate, current information during account creation.

• Mythari reserves the right to promote featured artists or content.

2. Role of Mythari

Mythari acts solely as an intermediary between artists and buyers. We do not own or directly sell artwork, nor do we employ the artists on the platform.

3. Payments & Escrow

• Buyers must pay the full commission amount upfront.

• Funds are held in escrow by Mythari and released when:

• The buyer marks the job complete, or

• Five (5) calendar days have passed since the artist submitted final delivery and the buyer has not responded.

• Mythari charges a platform fee, deducted from artist payouts.

4. Commissions & Job Agreements

• Artists must clearly state their pricing, delivery timeline, revision policy, and licensing terms in each listing.

• Buyers are responsible for reviewing all terms before initiating a commission.

• Commission agreements are binding once the artist accepts the job.

5. Deadlines & Missed Deliveries

• Artists are expected to meet the deadlines they set.

• Consistent missed deadlines, delivery failures, or unresponsiveness may result in buyer refunds, account suspension, or permanent removal.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Once a commission is accepted by the artist, the buyer may not cancel the order unless the artist fails to deliver, misses deadlines without communication, or otherwise violates the agreement.

Mythari may, at its discretion, approve partial or full refunds in the case of:

• Non-delivery or excessive delay

• Major deviation from the agreed scope

• Lack of progress or communication

Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with art style, content, or personal preference, provided the artist followed the listed terms.

7. Disputes

• Users may flag disputes through the platform.

• Mythari will review all submitted evidence and make a final decision.

• All users agree to resolve disputes through Mythari’s internal process and waive the right to legal action unless otherwise permitted by law.

8. Account Termination

Mythari reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for:

• Fraud, abuse, or harassment

• Repeated deadline violations

• Misrepresentation or policy violations

9. Intellectual Property

• By default, artists retain copyright and grant buyers a license (personal or commercial) per listing terms.

• Artists may offer full ownership transfers for commissions, which become valid upon full payment.

• Mythari does not claim any ownership of uploaded artwork.

10. Marketing & Promotion

• Users agree Mythari may use public listings and finished artwork for promotional purposes.

• Users can opt out of marketing emails at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

Mythari reserves the right to update these terms. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the most current version.
