Commission Agreement

Applies to all commission transactions conducted through Mythari.

Scope of Work

• Artists agree to deliver the commissioned artwork as described in the listing or custom request.

• Buyers agree to the artist’s stated terms, including pricing, delivery time, revisions, and licensing.

Timelines

• Artists must deliver final work by the agreed deadline.

• Work is considered delivered once the final files are submitted through the platform.

• If a buyer does not respond within five (5) days of delivery, funds are automatically released to the artist.

Revisions

• Artists may optionally include revisions in their listings.

• Revision terms must be clearly stated in advance.

• Artists are not required to provide additional revisions beyond what is listed.

Payment & Escrow

• Full payment is made upfront and held in escrow.

• Funds are released when the buyer marks the commission complete or automatically five (5) days after delivery if no response is received.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Once a commission is accepted, it may only be canceled if the artist fails to deliver, does not meet deadlines, or otherwise violates the agreement.

• Mythari may, at its discretion, issue partial or full refunds in clear cases of artist failure or unresponsiveness.

• Refunds are not issued due to personal preference if the work meets the described criteria and revision terms.

Ownership & Licensing

• Unless explicitly stated, the artist retains full copyright and grants the buyer a personal or commercial license depending on the listing.
